| The European
Norms (EN) are the technical instrument defined at a community
level to harmonize the market and break down technical barriers.
With the end of 2002, the iron and steel sector saw the abrogation
of a large part of the old national standards, such as the UNI,
DIN, BS and their replacement with the EN.
With the purpose of promoting better
understanding of the EN, Tenaris has arranged informative material
that illustrates the normative picture in the steel tube sector
and news in some fields of application: pressure equipment and
construction.
