The Global Trainee Program is the main entranceway to Tenaris. Nearly 70% of current Tenaris managers and directors joined the company as Global Trainees. Enhancing development and career opportunities for junior professionals is an essential part of Tenaris’s philosophy.

As your career evolves in Tenaris, you can either focus on a specific area of expertise as a Specialist and later an Expert or take a more general approach to business as a Coordinator and later a Manager.

Tenaris recruits experienced candidates in all hierarchical levels and areas, though in lower numbers than Global Trainees.
